These are the terms and conditions on which we sell all our goods to you. By accessing our web site and/or ordering any of the goods from the web site,Facebook,you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Before placing an order using the web site you accept these conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions.If not in agreement you should not use our web site to purchase goods.

Four Legs and Two reserve the right to amend/update the terms and conditions at any time.

All products are sold as seen and described in there individual advert description it is your responsibility to read the advert fully and make further enquiries if needed before making a purchase. Four Legs and Two attempts to ensure the web site is uo to date and accurate but in the event a product has sold but the advert is still live we reserve the right to cancel your order.We can then offer an alternative or a refund.You will be contacted by email if this is found to be the case.

We reserve the right to amend,change,update or remove the contents on the web site and social media at any time without notifying users.

Payment and delivery

Please can you ensure that the address and email and phone number is correct before sending any payment.

The Channel Islands, IOM,IOW or overseas including the Republic of Ireland will incur additional costs. Please inform us before making payment. If you have not already received postage costs.

If your item has not been received within 10 working days please contact us and not before as the item may of been delayed with the courier.

If the parcel is received damaged or in poor condition. Please take a couple of photos in detail of the packaging prior to opening.

Please note we are not able to hold items as this may prevent others from missing out.

Products

Items may be slightly different to the photos provided due to us having multiples of the same item.

The colour of items may vary due to camera or screen settings .If you are looking for a specific colour please contact us directly and we will do our best to match but we can not guarantee this.

Due to the soft nature of plastic bits ,if they are not correctly adjusted in the mouth its very common for horses to chew them. This may result in damage, sharp corners or breakage.It is your responsibiltiy if they are chewed or show teeth marks with use.

Second hand products will show signs of use and it is to be expected. Although we try to source unworn or nearly new products .All leather and stitching is checked thourghly before the item is put up for sale

As leather is a natural product it can break at any time regardless of whether new or used, therefore we cannot be held responsible for breakage of any leather items.

We can not be held responsible for any misuse of any item by the purchaser which results in damage or breakage of any item We will describe the condition of any item over and above expected use of a second hand item.

We sell products in good faith that they are as described,

sound and are fit for purpose. However it is your responsibility to ensure the item is safe and sound and fit for purpose by having the product checked. We accept no responsibility for products found to be faulty outside the usual 14 day return policy.
